AN/APQ-116
The AN/APQ-116 was an I-band, terrain-following radar developed by the American firm Texas Instruments for the US Navy and US Air Force and was used in the A-7 Corsair II and C-130 Hercules aircraft. I-band is the range of radio frequencies from 8 GHz to 10 GHz in the electromagnetic spectrum.
